GENERAL CONDITIONS AND RULES

  • Please be at the station at least 30 minutes before departure!
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited on the bus!
  • For caused damages to the vehicle the traveler takes full responsibility!
  • The company does not take responsibility for problems at the borders caused by passports or visas!
  • The transportation company is not responsible for delays due to objective reasons!

    Tickets
  • The tickets are personal and can not be given to others!
  • Every traveler is obliged to keep the ticket until the end of the trip!
  • Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced!
  • If the ticket is purchased beforehand, the travel date must be confirmed 2 days before the actual travel.
  • For a two-way ticket with open return date, the reservation must be made on time; otherwise seats can only be taken when there are such available.
  • Tickets in both directions have to be used within 180 days.
  • Two-way tickets can also be with an open return date!
  • 1. Changing of travel dates.
    • - You must pay a certain fee if you would like to change your chosen travel date.
    • - A change to the travel date can be performed up to 24 hours before departure.
  • 2. Compensation for cancellations (rejection of the journey).
    • When the cancellation occurs on the day of the trip or after, no compensation will be paid.
  • 2.1. Compensation for cancellation of a one-way ticket.
    • - If the cancellation occurs more than 2 days before the date of departure, 10% of the ticket price will be deducted as compensation.
    • - If the cancellation occurs less than 2 days before the date of departure, 50% of the ticket price will be deducted as compensation.
  • 2.2. Compensation for cancellation of two-way tickets.
  • 2.2.1. Until the ride in the first direction is made, the same conditions for compensation as for the one-way tickets apply.
  • 2.2.2. Once the journey has taken place in one direction, the difference between the price of the two-way ticket and the price of the one-way ticket is restored, as:
    • - When the return date is already specified and it is more than 2 days before the departure, 10% of the difference between the price of the two-way ticket and the price of the one-way ticket will be deducted.
    • - When the return date is already specified and it is less than 2 days before the departure, 50% of the difference between the price of the two-way ticket and the price of the one-way ticket will be deducted.
    • - If the return date was not yet specified , 10% of the difference between the price of the two-way ticket and the price of the one-way ticket will be deducted.
    Luggage
  • The company does not take responsibility for lost or stolen luggage before departure and after handing the luggage over to the passenger.
  • Trade goods and items that require processing at the border crossing will not be transported.
  • Not accompanied luggage (luggage without passengers) will not be transported.
  • Each person is allowed to have one suitcase and one piece of hand luggage.
  • Each additional piece of luggage is transported at a certain additional payment!
    1. Hand luggage:
  • is luggage which the passenger may take with him on the bus.
  • Its weight should not exceed 5 kg, and 1. its proportions (length, width and height) are not allowed to be more than 50/30/15 cm.
    2. Suitcase:
  • 2. is luggage that is held in the luggage compartment of the bus.
  • 2. The sum of its proportions (length, width and height) must not exceed 160 cm.
    Pets
  • 3.1. Dogs
  • 3. It is mandatory, regardless of the size of the dog, that the owner possesses a muzzle and a leash when entering the bus. If this equipment is missing, the animal is not allowed on board, regardless of whether it has a ticket or not.
  • 1.1. Large dogs
    • The owner must buy a ticket for the dog with a value of 50% of the normal price.
  • 1.2. Small dogs that use a seat
    • If the owner wants the dog to have it’s own seat, they must buy a ticket worth 50% of the normal price.
  • 1.3. Small dogs that do not use a seat.
    • The owner must buy a ticket at a given rate. If the dog does not use a seat, it means that it will sit on the owner’s lap, so it does not disturb the seat-neighbor. It is also possible that the dog is kept in a dog cage or special bag under the seat of the owner.
  • 2. Cats
  • Owners are obliged to transport the cat in a special cage or bag. If the cat is not in a cage or a bag, it is not allowed on board.
  • 2.1. Cats that use a seat
    • If the owner wants the cat to have it’s own seat, they must buy a ticket worth 50% of the normal price.
  • 2.2. Cats that do not use a seat
    • The owner must buy a ticket at a given rate. If the cat does not use a seat, it means that it will sit on the owner’s lap, so it does not disturb the seat-neighbor. It is also possible that the cat is kept in a cage or special bag under the seat of the owner.
